I stopped by to grab lunch to go. The interior is spacious, modern, and clean with one large TV hanging on the wall to the left as you walk in. Not all of the chairs match. You might not notice at first, but there are about three of four different styles of chairs throughout… not that it matters. I just thought it was kinda funny.
I got two BBQ pork banh mi. A bargain at $3 a piece. They could have been filled with a little more of everything because at first glance it was mostly bread. But once I dug in, the quality of the ingredients made up for the quantity (or lack thereof). The pork wasn’t that fatty, nasty stuff you might find at other places and when you combine it in with the pickled carrots, daikon, cilantro, etc. you get a heavenly explosion of flavors in your mouth. Part savory, sweet, and salty with a kick in the pants provided by the jalapeños. mmmm… Kinh Do… me love you long time.
