This place was a great little find during our road trip from the east coast to Vegas. Yet another long day of driving led me to order take out. The place is small with a tiny parking lot difficult to maneuver. Luckily, the food is worth it. They don’t skimp on portion sizes for the lasagna and it’s got a good flavor to boot, with the ricotta and overall cheesiness of it very pronounced. It could have benefitted from more sauce, however. The parma and arugula pizza, a thin Neapolitan-style pie, was light on sauce and heavy with the baby arugula. But the prosciutto and cheese were perfect atop the firm, chewy crust that was slightly blistered. The kid’s cheese pizza, with added meatballs and olives, was plenty good as well.
