This is probably the swankiest Korean BBQ place around. They went all out making the space look sexy and modern, making it a spot worthy for a date night or just hanging out with your friends. Tables are large with plenty of space to spread out so you don’t have to worry about bumping elbows.
They’ve got so many different cuts of meat that’s it’s overwhelming. You’re better off going with one of their specials like the Goong special ($145) advertised as being good for 4-5 people. It includes wagyu rib eye, wagyu top sirloin, prime boneless short rib, wagyu chuck flat, prime flat iron, pork belly, pork jowl, marinated prime short ribs, and black tiger shrimp. With that many items it’s easy to lose track of what is what. So, you just dig in. I think some of my favorites were the wagyu rib eye… or was it the top sirloin… or maybe the flat iron. I don’t really know. Again, it was hard to remember what cut I was eating, but it was all good.
Another thing that was slightly confusing was the banchan… was that all you can eat? We had to request seconds of a couple dishes. And, when the bring out dishes you have to eat them family-style not individual dishes.
If you don’t care about those small details, you’ll love this place.
