Apparently, Chang’s Hong Kong Cuisine is under new management as of January. A group of us came here for dim sum earlier this year and it was incredibly inexpensive. So much so that I thought they were joking. It came out to about $20 per person after trying many dishes.
I’m no dim sum expert, so some of the food was new to me. But the things I have experience eating — like baked BBQ buns were great. The shumai was good too. The beef wrapped egg noodles were good, but tough to pick up with chop sticks. A solid place that’s probably good for those familiar with typical dim sum dishes. For those that aren’t, it’ll be a challenge.
