  1. Hello, there! I love your blog! 🙂 I remembered your love for lobster! We are now one of the only places on the strip doing a classic Lobster Thermidor on our new fall menu, 2lbs of lobster in a creamy mixture of egg,cognac,herbs and baked in the shell! (I usually do not enjoy lobster, this dish is so delicous! We also have a new tasting menu that will blow your mind, starts off with REAL Lobster Bisque, Venison Carpaccio,Bacon wrapped Swordfish, Baby Pig, then Choc Beignets! With two supplemental additions of our foie gras, and White Truffle Risotto! 🙂 Come see us again soon, we have new things for you to try!   2. Great blog. Carnevino has the best dry aged steak in Vegas. I highly suggest the ribeye or porterhouse for 2.
