Best small Plates, tapas | Las Vegas

I’ve always been a sucker for small plates. It’s a trend that I hope doesn’t disappear, even if most critics are tired of it. My favorite spot in town in José Andrés’ chain, Jaleo. It may not be original, but their million dollar paella pit makes it stand out from other iterations. And, after several visits I still love their food. Yonaka and Kyara are worthy spots if you’re craving Japanese and for modern American, Carson Kitchen is the place to go when in Downtown Las Vegas.
