This is cooking from the soul. Mix fresh ingredients with passionate cooking and what you get is one of the best Asian spots in the city. I haven’t actually eaten *IN* the restaurant, but have gotten take-out several times and each time the food has been consistently good.

Both the garlic chicken ($8.95) and the chicken with basil sauce ($8.95) are healthy portioned dishes with a bit of a kick and filled with a beautiful and fresh mix of veggies. Another favorite is the massaman curry with chicken ($8.95) — a satisfying and soulful blend of textures and flavors with the avocado slices, sweet potatoes, onions, cashews, and curry.

On the other hand, the cashew chicken ($8.95) was tasty but light on cashews and the chicken ravioli ($7.95) was a bit bland despite the chicken, mushrooms, and celery mixture.

Despite the few minor missteps, this mom-and-pop shop delivers wonderful food at reasonable prices with the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again.
