Over-rated breakfast place, but still decent eats. It wasn’t that busy on the Friday morning we stopped by during our trip to Minnesota. It’s located in an old strip mall in New Hope. It’s spacious inside and I’m sure it’s packed on weekends. But, in my opinion, the food wasn’t much better than what you would find at a million other breakfast spots.

I had the fruit fritter French toast, which was two thick slices of toast, heavy on the egg wash and light on raspberries. It wasn’t bad but I was expecting more. More uniqueness, more fruit, maybe some powdered sugar. It came with two strips of bacon.

The rest of our party of 7 enjoyed their food, but I don’t think anyone was blown away by it. However, my kid did love the pancakes. He’s usually a light eater but managed to eat 3/4 of an entire pancake, which was as big as a plate.

The service was pretty good. The guy checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok and the food came out at a reasonable time. Like I said earlier, decent eats but nothing that would make me return.
