Located near the Coliseum entrance in Caesars Palace, this small bar and lounge is perfect for those looking for a more relaxed vibe instead of the mind-numbing thumping of a mega club. Bar space can be sparse but there are a couple tables and several booths available in this upscale and ritzy space. Prices aren’t cheap. Expect the typical Vegas Strip mark up. Sparkling wine is the name of the game here, with plenty of options lining the menu and cocktails containing it, too. The Coco Republic — all $19 of it — is great for fans of coconut flavors. Tyku coconut sake, citrus, vanilla syrup, and lime juice is topped off with champagne. Champagne blends are also available, the one we tried, the Moet and Chandon Imperial, wasn’t bad even for it’s decidedly marked up price.
